1. „An Getränken gibt es Wasser, Kaffee oder Bier“ = in terms of drinks, there's water, coffee or beer 2.

„Muss man dann dort im Speisewagen essen?“ = Does one have to eat in the dining-car? … As you see

here, „Muss man...“ is a way to carefully explore a subject. This way you can make it sound like a

general inquiry, without saying that YOU want to do this.

Sie dürfen nicht mehr als die vorgeschriebene Menge Alkohol einführen.

You must not bring more than the prescribed amount of alcohol into the country.

Dieses Schild bedeutet, dass du hier nicht schneller als 60 km/h fahren darfst.
This sign means that you must not drive faster than 60 km/h here.
